I offer a free 15 minute chat so we can both see if the therapy I offer is a fit for both of us.

You might be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure why certain patterns keep repeating in your life.

I offer a calm, supportive space where we can make sense of what’s going on for you, at your pace, helping you feel more like yourself again and more able to move forward.

I practice in a relational and integrative way. That means the relationship between us matters and therapy with me isn’t just about techniques; it’s about feeling safe, understood, and genuinely connected.

Change often happens through the experience of being heard and accepted.
As we do the therapeutic work together, different parts of you start to come into better balance.

By talking things through, making sense of your experiences, and allowing yourself to be open in the process, things begin to ‘join up’ inside. Over time, this can help you feel more like yourself, more settled, and less pulled in different directions.

I draw on three main approaches in my work, always adapting them to suit you as an individual: Transactional Analysis (TA), Towards a Dialectical Self (TDS), and Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP). You don’t need to know anything about these, I’ll guide you every step of the way.

TRANSACTIONAL ANALYSIS (TA)

TA helps you understand how you think, feel, and relate to others.

Together, we can:
• make sense of patterns that keep repeating in your life
• understand why you react the way you do
• find clearer, healthier ways of communicating
• support you to make changes that feel right for you

TA is based on the belief that you are valuable, worthy of respect, and capable of change, even if your past has been difficult.

TOWARDS DIALECTIC SELF (TDS a trauma therapy)

TDS helps when you feel pulled in different directions or stuck between conflicting thoughts and feelings.

You might recognise:
• part of you wants closeness, while another part pulls away
• you feel confident one moment and full of doubt the next
• you want change, but something holds you back

In our work together:
* we explore these different parts of you
* we make space for all of your thoughts and feelings, without judgement
* we use simple practices like breathing, imagining, and gentle voice work (toning) to help you stay grounded

Over time, this can help you feel more balanced, less overwhelmed, and more like yourself.

DYADIC DEVELOPMENTAL PSYCHOTHERAPY (DDP)

DDP is a warm, relationship-focused way of working that helps you feel safe, understood, and supported.

This can be especially helpful if:
~ trust feels difficult
~ relationships feel unsafe or confusing
emotions feel overwhelming or hard to manage

IN THERAPY:
° I focus on creating a space where you feel accepted and not judged
° we explore your experiences together in a safe and steady way
° you are supported to make sense of your feelings and reactions
° This helps you build a stronger sense of emotional safety — within yourself and in your relationships.

WHAT SESSIONS ARE LIKE:
• We talk things through at your pace
• I listen carefully and help you make sense of what’s going on for you
• We explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences
• I might introduce simple grounding practices or psychoeducational information if helpful
• There is no pressure to “get it right” — you can just be yourself

Across all my approaches, the goal is the same, helping you feel safe, understood, and more connected to yourself.

THE DIFFERENCE IT CAN MAKE:
Over time, therapy can help you to:
* understand yourself more deeply
* feel less overwhelmed by your thoughts and emotions
* respond to situations in healthier, more balanced ways
* feel more confident in who you are
build safer, more fulfilling relationships
* feel more settled and connected within yourself

The aim isn’t to “fix” you — it’s to support you in feeling more like yourself, with greater clarity, confidence, and choice in your life.

TRY BEFORE YOU COMMIT:
Curious about therapy but not ready to commit? A 60 or 90-minute taster session lets you explore how it feels, ask questions, and get a sense of how we might work together.

Why not try it out and see if it’s right for you — no pressure, just a first step to see how therapy with me feels.
